1:1 Internal Family Systems

Befriend the different shades of you.

The one who performs. The one who criticizes. The one who goes quiet and agreeable. The one who still flinches like it's years ago. None of them are flaws to fix — each took on a job to protect you long ago, and never got told it could stop.

Parts work isn't about silencing them. It's about finally understanding what they've been holding — until the ones that have run the show for years don't have to be defeated, only known.

One-on-one IFS, online — a steady space where every part of you is welcome.

Come as you are — nothing to prepare.

the recognition

You're not stuck because you don't understand IFS. You're stuck because of what happens when you try to go deeper alone.

Maybe you've noticed some version of this:

  • You can identify the part, but it won't unblend — you become it before you can get curious about it.
  • You reach a protector and it won't step back, so you never get near what it's guarding.
  • You "do the work" in your head, intellectually, and nothing actually shifts in your body.
  • You get close to something tender and a part shuts the whole thing down — and you call yourself resistant.
  • You've had powerful moments solo, but you can't reliably get back to that Self-energy when you most need it.

None of that means you're doing it wrong. It means you've hit the edge of what's possible without someone holding the space — someone who can stay in Self when yours collapses, track your system in real time, and keep it slow enough to be safe.

what changes with a guide

What a skilled guide actually does

Self-led work isn't about adding more technique. It's about not having to be the therapist, the client, and the part you're afraid of all at once. When we work together, I'm tracking the whole system while you stay with your experience. That means:

Your protectors get to trust the process

They don't relax for a stranger or a worksheet. They relax in the presence of steady, unhurried Self-energy — mine, until yours is reliably online.

We don't bypass anything

No forcing exiles, no "just feel the feeling." We go at the speed your system allows, which is almost always slower — and far more effective — than the pace you'd push yourself to alone.

You stop fighting your own parts

The critic, the pleaser, the one that numbs out — none of them are problems to fix. We get curious about what each one has been carrying, sometimes for decades.

The shifts hold

Because they happen in your body and your relationships, not just in your insight.

how we work together

How it works

Where

Online, over video — I work with clients across timezones from Chiang Mai, Thailand.

A session

60 minutes, unhurried. We start by checking what's present that day, find the part asking for attention, and work with it directly — gently, without agenda. You don't need to prepare or "bring" anything.

Cadence

Most people start weekly or fortnightly. Parts work builds on itself, so some rhythm matters more than frequency.

Booking

Start with a single 1:1, or take a package and settle into a rhythm — whatever fits where you are. Pricing is just below.

who this is for

Is this right for you?

This is likely a strong fit if you

  • Have some familiarity with IFS or parts work and want to go deeper with a guide.
  • Are navigating relationship patterns, people-pleasing, over-functioning, inner criticism, or that quiet sense of self-abandonment.
  • Are generally stable in your life and want to do meaningful inner work — not crisis management.
  • Want a working relationship that's both warm and unflinchingly honest.

This isn't the right fit — and I'll say so — if you

  • ×Are in acute crisis, or need urgent, in-the-moment support right now.
  • ×Are looking for a diagnosis or medication — that's a medical pathway, not this work.
  • ×Want a quick fix or a technique to apply alone, rather than slow work at your system's pace.

I work deeply with trauma and the parts that carry it. What I don't hold is crisis or emergency care — if that's what's needed right now, I'll say so honestly and, where I can, help you find the right support.

Who you'd be working with

Yaniv Rose
Yaniv Rose · Chiang Mai, Thailand

I'm Yaniv — an IFS and integration facilitator. For six years I've held spaces where people get to be honest about what's really going on inside them: thousands of clients, 20+ multi-day retreats, and hundreds of workshops, from Thailand to London.

Most of that work has been with trauma — not as a diagnosis, but as the thing underneath the pattern. People navigating dissociation, relational wounds, and the protective or self-destructive parts that formed to keep them safe. My work runs on one belief: there are no bad parts. The critic, the performer, the one that goes quiet and accommodating — each took on a job to protect you. My role isn't to get rid of them. It's to help you build enough trust inside yourself that they no longer have to run the show.

I'm trained in IFS Levels 1 & 2 (IFS Institute UK) and certified as an Authentic Relating facilitator (ART Level 4), with further training in psychodrama and breathwork. But the thing that actually matters in a session is simpler: I can stay calm and curious near the places you've learned to avoid, until you can too.

  • Psychodrama group facilitation · Breathwork (IBF)

Safe enough to be real, real enough to be changed.

session one

Meeting your system

We slow down and find the part that's loudest right now. Most people leave with a felt sense of more space around something that used to feel fused.

weeks two & three

Protectors start to trust

The parts that usually shut things down begin to let you get closer. You notice you can stay curious for longer before you blend.

by week four

Self-energy gets reliable

Returning to calm, curious Self stops feeling like luck. You start catching the pattern in daily life — not only in session.

questions

Before you book

Do I need to already know IFS to work with you?
No. Familiarity helps, but I'll meet you wherever you are. Plenty of people come having only read about it.
I've only ever done parts work alone. Is that enough to start?
Yes — and honestly, that's exactly who this is built for. The shift from solo to guided is where most of the depth opens up.
Does this actually work online?
Yes. Parts work translates remarkably well to video — what matters is the quality of attention in the room, not the room itself.
What if a part doesn't want to do this?
Then we get curious about that part first. That's not an obstacle to the work — it is the work.
How long until I notice something?
Many people feel a shift in the first session or two — usually a sense of more space around something that felt fused. Lasting change builds over time.
A quiet, light-filled room with a single wooden chair beside a window — an unhurried place to sit down.
There's a chair here for you — and no rush to fill the quiet.
